Description & Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and monitor project budgets and costing;
- Evaluate variations and manage change control processes;
- Negotiate and administer contracts with clients and subcontractors;
- Conduct cost analysis, budgeting control, measurement and collation of records at our construction sites.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction preferably with MRICS or HKIS professional qualification;
- At least 12 years' relevant experience with experience working in contractors;
- Proficiency in cost management software and Microsoft Office Suite;
- Ability to present and justify recommendations with clarity and confidence;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage confidently with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Candidate with less experience will consider as Senior Project Quantity Surveyor/ Project Quantity Surveyor.
